Most common issues and procedures include annual exams, prenatal care, labor, birth and postpartm care; GYN issues include UTIs, STIs, birth control, menustral cycle irregularities. In addition to prenatal care and births, Kipp especially enjoys adolescent GYN and birth control management. Kipp came to Vermont to attend college and she knew she wanted to stay. She left for three years to complete her midwifery training and returned immediately. She worked as a nurse in Copley’s Birthing Center waiting for a local midwife position. After being at Gifford Medical Center for five and a half years, she returned to the Copley community in 2012 to join Copley’s excellent midwifery service. Kipp’s daughter was born at Copley and her son was born at home. Outside of work, she loves gardening, reading on the beach and skiing.
