General Surgeon

Dr. Donald Dupuis has led Copley Hospital’s General Surgery program since 2015. He has extensive experience with advanced laparoscopic procedures and trauma. He enjoys working with his patients and their referring physicians to do what is best for the patient. A graduate of the University of Vermont School of Medicine, he pursued his medical degree after working as an engineer. He did his general surgery residency at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA. Previously, he had served at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Keene, NH.

Dr. Dupuis spends his free time with his wife and two children. You will find him coaching soccer, skiing cross country and downhill, fishing, and sailing.
