General Surgeon

Dr. Cotter is the newest member of our General Surgical Team. She joins fellow surgeons Dr. Donald Dupuis and Dr. Sarah Waterman in providing a range of general surgical procedures.  Dr. Cotter’s certifications are many and include Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, Fundamentals of Endoscopic Surgery and Fundamentals of Robotic Surgery.

She is a born and raised Vermonter and feels honored to provide surgical care to our community. With the completion of our 4th operating room just months away, Dr. Cotter’s skills will be put to good and immediate use.
