Dr. Pinard has been in practice in Newport, VT for more than 25 years. He opened his Morrisville practice in 2014. Dr. Pinard specializes in primary eye care, contact lenses, LAIK refractive surgery-consultation and co-management, the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, and emergency services. He is the current President of the Vermont Optometric Association and a delegate to the American Optometric Association. He is active in his community, serving with the Derby Lions Club, Newport Kiwanis Club, and a Parish Council member of St. Mary’s Star of the Sea. Some may recognize him from his past time as soccer/basketball coach for North Country Union Junior High School, Derby Wildcats, and AAU Basketball.
