A Pulmonologist focuses on disorders and diseases of the chest, lungs and respiratory tract.
In collaboration with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Connected Care, Copley offers a personalized approach to care and work with other specialists as necessary to ensure all aspects of your condition is properly managed. A referral from your primary care provider (PCP) is needed. Our pulmonologists will evaluate you in consultation with your PCP and work closely with you to develop an appropriate plan of care.
Dr. Atkins will see patients at Copley Hospital and via telemedicine for evaluations, follow-up exams, and recommendations for relevant therapies or interventions. This TelePulmonology service will use live, two-way secure video on large format, high-definition mobile carts in the Multi-Specialty Outpatient Clinic at Copley Hospital.
