Copley Hospital is operated by Copley Health Systems, Inc. (CHSI). CHSI also owns the Health Center Building in Morrisville, VT. CHSI supports, in collaboration with the Lamoille Area Housing Corporation, the residential housing facility Copley Terrace in Morrisville; and with University of Vermont Medical Center, the residential housing facility Copley Woodlands, Inc. in Stowe, Vt.

Copley Terrace Mission:

To provide low-income seniors and handicapped persons with housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their needs and to promote their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer and independent living.

Copley Woodlands Mission:

To provide seniors with housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their needs and to promote their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living.
