Copley Diagnostic Imaging Scheduler/Administrative Assistant, Veronica Clarke, is named Team Hero. Clarke was presented with the award during the hospital’s monthly Cause for Applause celebration. This monthly award, presented by the hospital’s senior leadership, recognizes employees who exemplify the hospital’s values of community, respect and compassion, service excellence and life-long learning. Copley’s Lise Hamel, Director of Diagnostic Imaging, nominated Veronica for the award.
In her nomination letter, Hamel praised Veronica for her professionalism, expert customer care, and strong work ethic. She noted that Veronica is extremely helpful to patients as she is knowledgeable with the different procedures performed at Copley and can answer questions that patients have. “She takes her time with each patient, making sure she has answered their questions or concerns, and making them more comfortable,” states Hamel. Veronica is truly dedicated to her work, always going the extra mile for patients and co-workers, and ensuring all tasks are complete before leaving. The team appreciates her efforts and enjoy working with her.
Veronica joined Copley Hospital in January 2018 as Scheduler/Registrar with Mansfield Orthopaedics. She transferred to the hospital’s Diagnostic Imaging Department in October 2019. Prior to Copley, Veronica served ten years at Porter Medical Center as Registrar in the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
Veronica and her family reside in Morrisville. Outside of work, Veronica enjoys spending time with her family. Please join team Copley in congratulating Veronica on this award.
