Whether you are a caregiver, loved one or patient, hospice care focuses on the quality of life rather than its length. Join Copley Hospital and Lamoille Home Health & Hospice Wednesday, October 10 at 6:30pm for a free community discussion about “Hospice in Our Community.” The community forum will be held at the Green Mountain Technology and Career Center.
Jonna Goulding, MD, Director of Palliative and Spiritual Care at Central Vermont Medical Center, will speak along with a panel of local providers, hospice volunteers and community members sharing their thoughts on their roles and experiences with hospice care. Speakers include:
