The hospital’s leadership team presents this monthly award.
Practice Manager Carol Ferrante and staff praise Cournoyer for the great care and compassion she demonstrates every day. Over the past several weeks, she has assisted many patients with rescheduling their care. “Her extraordinary customer service ability has enabled for a comforting transition in care for our patients,” states Ferrante. Ferrante notes that she took on this additional role while maintaining her responsibilities on the front-end.
