Morrisville – Have your nutrition questions answered and learn more about our local food system at the “Put Your Best Fork Forward” Health Fair, Wednesday, March 8 at Copley Hospital. Enjoy interactive, all-ages activities, and connect with dietitians and nutritionists offering free health screenings and representatives from community nutrition resources. Cooking demonstrations, free samples and the opportunity to win a door prize will be a highlight.

The Health Fair is a collaboration of Copley Hospital and the Vermont Department of Health in celebration of National Nutrition Month. The celebration serves as a reminder that each one of us holds the tool to make healthier food choices. Making small changes during National Nutrition Month and over time, helps improve health now and into the future. “Put Your Best Fork Forward” runs 4:00pm-7:00pm Wednesday, March 8 in the Stevens Conference Room, located on the second floor of Copley Hospital’s Health Center Building.
