The Copley Hospital family congratulates Adam Lesure, Technical Systems Analyst in Copley’s Information Technology Department, on his recent recognition as Copley’s Team Hero. Jill LaRock, Director of Rehabilitation Services, nominated Lesure for the award. In her letter, she recognized Adam for his consistent and calming demeanor, professionalism, and uncanny ability to communicate IT in a language that she and her team can understand. The Copley Team Hero award recognizes an employee who has demonstrated outstanding service to patients and their families and exemplifies Copley’s values of community, respect and compassion, service excellence, and life-long learning.
“Adam’s expert critical support has helped resolve programming issues, upgrades, and more recently internet reliability,” said LaRock. She noted that, on all occasions, his quick technical thinking resulted in no disruption to patient care. “The entire rehabilitation team is very appreciative to him for his flexibility and quick actions, as well as taking the time to listen first and communicate second,” she continued.
Jen Holton-Clapp, RN, MS, who recently took over the reins as interim Director of IT describes Adam as a valuable employee. “Adam leads by example ensuring excellence. He’s a team player who works well with everyone. This is a well-deserved award and we are happy for him,” said Holton-Clapp.
Adam has been part of Copley’s IT team since 2006. He resides in Jeffersonville with his wife, Keri-Anne, and two children. When he finds time for himself, he enjoys outdoor activities; camping in the summer and downhill skiing in the winter season. He also enjoys working on “family projects’ that include working alongside his dad.
Please join the Copley family in congratulating Adam on receiving this award.
