Welcome to Copley Hospital's Wellness Center.  At Copley, community wellness takes many different forms.  From birthing classes to flu vaccine clinics to our annual health and safety carnival, we try to provide as many health improvement services as we can, for all age ranges.  For more information on the many programs available call 802-888-8369.

What is Outreach & Wellness?  Wellness is proactive prevention versus reactive treatment.  The hope of this Copley team is to help all our community members become "The Captains of their Health Team."

What does our mission mean to you?  Well balance.  We are striving for "well balance" in the areas of nutrition, physical activity and stress management.  Treatment and prevention run along the same lines.
In an effort to increase ongoing education and awareness, we have identified the following groups as key areas to increase effectiveness.

Schools - developing healthy lifestyle choices

Businesses - to increase workplace wellness, improving job satisfaction, productivity and loss of work due to illness.

Community - to be a leader of healthy choice and change

Our Own Employees - we must live our mission and be own own best customers.
