• review and apply for a variety of state-sponsored programs
• apply for Copley's Financial Assistance Program

Eligibility and cost is based on household size and income. There may be a program for you, no matter how much you earn.

It includes Catamount Health, Vermont Health Access Plan (VHAP), Dr. Dynasaur, Medicaid, and a number of pharmacy assistance and premium assistance programs. Copley's Discount and Free Care Policy
Copley's Discount and Free Care Policy helps patients who have no insurance or still have large balances after insurance payments due to deductibles and co-pays. The program is based on need.
You or your legal representative must complete a Financial Assistance application and provide proof of household income.
You can download an application and the policy on the right. Or call 802-888-8336 to receive an application.
Applications are also available at any Registration Desk and in our Billing Office.
