|  | Copley's Health Sciences Library is a place where patients, families and friends can find a wealth of health information. It is a resource whether you are looking for specific information or just browsing as you wait for an appointment or a loved one.
Hours, Location The Health Sciences Library is open to the public during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm). It is located on the first floor of Copley Hospital, at the end of the Art Gallery.
Copley Community Health Education Library (CCHEL) The library features the Copley Community Health Education Library; a resource for community members to use to become informed about a variety of health issues, including topics for children, women, men, caring for the elderly and specific diseases and conditions.
Resources Available:
- Computers for public use; internet access to health-related sites; search on your own or request help from the Librarian or volunteer
- Books and pamphlets
- Tapes
- Request Librarian to do search using this form.
Borrowing Policies
- Texts from the Library's regular collection may be used in the Library. Reference Texts do not circulate.
- Journals may be checked out by Copley Hospital Staff and physicians, except for most recent issues.
Confidentiality We follow the Medical Library Association Code of Ethics for Health Services Librarianship. We respect the privacy of patrons and protect the confidentiality of the patron relationship.
